What's SYCA?

Sunburst Youth Camp Alumni Cambodia is a group of some active Cambodian youth who, once in their lives, have joined the annual Sunburst Youth Camp in Singapore. At that international event, having seen the prosperity of Singapore, we have desired to see same development made in Cambodia. For this reason, SYCA Cambodia was set up early this year to gather all the alumni to come and work together for the sake of our society. We envision a unified Cambodian society full of active youth with strong cooperation and solidarity, which will create a better environment for the nation’s own prosperity. To this end, we set up this volunteer youth camp to bring youth together and integrate them into social activities. The camp of interaction and collaboration among youth under the theme “Together, For Our Society” will somehow inspire youth to be more active and enthusiastic in social volunteer activities.
